Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 15-days return policy. If days have passed after your purchase then unfortunately we are unable to assist you with a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in original form and unopened. It must be in the same form you receive it. And it has to be in its original packaging.

In order to process your return we must have your receipt or purchase evidence.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

(If applicable) Only partial refunds are allowed in some Any item that is refunded longer than 30 days after delivery and is not in its original state, is defective or its parts are missing for a reason is not our fault.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your refunded item once it has been received and reviewed. We will also inform you about the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is accepted then it will be processed and your credit will immediately be sent to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period of time.

Missing or delayed refunds (if applicable)

You are required to check your bank account again if you haven’t got your refund.
Then get in touch with your credit card company, it can take a few days before your refund is officially confirmed.
Contact the bank next time. There is often some processing time before a refund is approved.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately anything on sale cannot be refunded, only products with regular price may be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only defective and products with fault are eligible to exchange. If you want to exchange it for the identical item, send an email to info@akvmt.com. and send the original item to AKVMT LLC, P.O.BOX 182672. Dubai. United Arab Emirates.

Gifts

If the product was identified as a gift then you will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return when it was purchased and sent to you directly. You will get a gift certificate in the mail upon the return of the item.

We will send the gift giver a refund and inform him about your return if the item wasn't marked as a gift when it was purchased or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later.

Shipping

You should mail your product to AKVMT LLC, P.O.BOX 182672. Dubai. United Arab Emirates, if you want to return your product.

It is all your business for paying for your own shipping expenses for your refund item. The shipping expenses are not refundable. If you get a refund then the cost of return shipping will be taken from your refund.

The time it may require for your exchanged item to arrive at your location depends on where you live.

You think of using traceable shipping services or getting shipment insurance if you are shipping an item worth more than 100 AED. We don't promise that we will when we will get your returned item.
